1. Book
Choose your service, enter the property details, and select an available appointment. Your booking is automatically confirmed.
2. Sign
Review and sign the pre-inspection agreement immediately after booking. Your appointment is held for 2 hours while the agreement is completed.
3. Pay
There is nothing to pay at booking. After the agreement is signed, MVI emails the payment link. Full payment is required before the inspection begins.
4. Inspect & review
Join the inspector for an optional walkthrough and receive the inspection report with photos, findings, and applicable supplemental documentation. MVI remains available to answer questions after delivery.
